How can I request customized DIALux simulations or IES photometric files?

You can submit your CAD architectural drawings and lighting specifications through our contact form. Our in-house photometric design team will provide 3D DIALux calculation reports and certified IES/LDT files within 2-3 business days.

What is the standard warranty on MAK luminaires?

All MAK architectural and industrial fixtures are backed by a comprehensive 5-year replacement warranty covering LED optical engines, drivers, and housing integrity. Extended 7-year warranties are available for certified project installations.

Does MAK support custom optical beam angles and bespoke housing finishes?

Yes. We provide complete customization services for architectural projects, including custom beam angles (4° to 60°), custom CCT (2200K - 6500K tunable white), honeycomb anti-glare louvers, and bespoke RAL architectural powder coatings.
